The team at SERVPRO was amazing. After the 2 straight months of heavy rain earlier this year, a basement room in our office had some water puddles. I called the SERVPRO team at 11:52 and they were on site by 12:15, talk about a fast response time! Nicole and Matt were great and completed a thorough analysis of the of the entire building, which uncovered other minor water damage concerns. I appreciated that they gave us a detailed list and explained what they found. They provided us multiple air scrubbers and had the standing water taken care of that day. Less than a week later, their team completed all the necessary drywall removal. Matt and Nicole stopped by multiple times during the process to check in on the office. They were very easy to work with and gave excellent service from start to finish. Thank you Nicole, Matt, and your entire SERVPRO Team!
