Fire damage to functioning game room

This was a unique large loss claim on the key peninsula. There was both fire and water damage in a garage, and the attached laundry and kitchen needed cleaning from the soot damage. We dispatched our water mitigation team first to dry out the remaining water from the fire department putting out the fire. Afterward the mitigation crew was completed with their scope of work, the fire cleaning team followed to perform the necessary demo and cleaning. The homeowner was extremely happy at the completion of the job. The end result looks pretty amazing and like a fun place to hang out.
