Matt is our SERVPRO owner and leader. He worked in the field for 3 years and worked his way up within the company. His expertise and knowledge in the field help him to put customers at ease. Matt is has a upbeat mood, and he is an attentive listener and thorough communicator. He takes his job very seriously and does his best to run our Family business for other Families in need of our services.

Nicole

Nicole is our Marketing Manager and Coordinator and has been with the SERVPRO Family since 2005. As part of the ownership team of SERVPRO Gig Harbor/N.Tacoma she radiates excitement and determination that motivates the entire SERVPRO Family. Nicole has been working alongside the marketing department in order to help grow social media, web presence and overall increase our marketing range. Nicole is also in charge of planning our SERVPRO social events throughout the year.
