Bathroom backup

This client had a month of two sewage backups. Their septic backed up the weekend they were about to host a baby shower party. We were able to come in and remove the black water affected areas. This spanned throughout their lower level of their home. The affected areas were the bathroom, a family room and laundry room. We sanitized the entire area and took several moisture reads to make sure no mold was growing. We placed dehumidifiers, and fans throughout the downstairs to avoid any further damage. Septic backups are not something you should clean yourself, make sure to call a professional.
