Apartment smoke damage

This specific job was an apartment building. Their neighbor had a fire damage and the smoke affected this apartment. They had smoke, soot and odor damage that needed to be treated. We packed up all content and brought to our building to clean properly. We packed all items and boxed them, using our bar code and scanning system. This makes it easy for us to keep things easy to find and organized for the customer. We then placed all items into our ozone treatment room. Items are placed on a special rack, the ozone machine is put on and it opens the pore of the materials to remove smoke odor.
