Bio hazard toilet backup
This insurance claim had a backed up toilet that caused category three water damage to three major areas of the insureds home. The powder room, the adjoining bonus room, kitchen, laundry room, garage, master bedroom, master bathroom, and kitchen were affected. SERVPRO of Gig Harbor/N. Tacoma and Mason County performed both the emergency mitigation and the packout of all the insureds content. The homeowner was devastated how much damage was caused to their house, but we were able to help relieve some of the insureds concerns. The insured was so impressed with the quick response time, quality of work, and overall customer service. Since this loss the insured has referred us two new clients.
