Bathroom mold
This customer had a crack in their shower pan that resulted in a mold damage. The mold was outside the shower on the sub floor. Our crew evaluated the damage, removed the flooring and uncovered the mold. We set up a containment along with an air scrubber to contain the mold spores before continuing on demolition. After the demolition was complete, we continued into one of the bedrooms, where we removed drywall and flooring to reveal more mold. During this damage our crew had to wear PPE (personal protective equipment) to make sure they stayed safe while on the job site.
