Here at SERVPRO of Gig Harbor/North Tacoma and SERVPRO Mason County, our trained professionals are on call all year long. Our office hours are Monday through Friday 8:30-4:30pm, any time before that time or after we have our technicians on a rotation weekly to answer phones after normal operating office hours.

In our line of work: water, fire, mold, and other various damages/disasters do not carve out time to happen during “business hours.” No, unexpected damages/disasters happen, guess what? Unexpectedly! When you are on vacation, during the holidays, your house is on the market, family coming into town, etc. That’s right, I can’t tell you how many times we hear of damages happening when you don’t want it.
